By placing an order on www.kareje.com, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of these GTC. KARÉJÉ reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time without notice. The applicable GTC are those in effect at the time the order is placed by the customer.
1. Orders
Orders placed on the site are subject to product availability. KARÉJÉ reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage. Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal information provided when ordering. He is also responsible for all purchases made with his information.
2. Prices and Delivery Costs
The prices displayed on the Site include statutory VAT. For orders from France, delivery is free. Outside France, delivery is free for purchases over 50 euros.
3. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. KARÈJÉ offers several delivery options, including Colissimo, Mondial Relay and Chronopost, with delivery costs indicated during the payment process.
In the event of a problem with the delivery attributable to the carrier, KARÉJÉ undertakes to assist the customer in the claims process and to take the necessary measures to resolve the situation as soon as possible. In the event that the package is damaged or lost due to an error by the carrier, KARÉJÉ undertakes to release the customer from any liability and to proceed with the refund or the sending of a new package according to the customer's preference.
